In the MMH Academy, we teach you the foundation of health and fitness. Think of MMH as the foundation to your "fit house". In SOAR we build the pillars and the roof on your "fit house"!
SOAR is a 6 month program designed to help you continue with your fat loss journey as well as fix your metabolism after you have finished dieting. A proper REVERSE DIET is KEY for maintaining your results. Slowly we will make your body a fat burning machine, by continuing to build muscle and keeping your body fat % the same.
In SOAR you will learn advanced nutrition and dieting techniques like keto, carb cycling, and intuitive eating. You start to head outside of the gym for cardio by performing fun activities like boxing, swimming, hiking, ice skating/roller blading. The goal is to make "being active" fun and like second nature to you.
With the advanced nutrition AND workouts, you will also receive more mindset training. You will be able to meet with a mindset coach / therapist once a month, as well as learn about love languages, how to better manage finances, and healing your inner child!
In SOAR you learn how to permanently fit your new habits and routines in so that you are not part of the 95% of women who gain their weight back after they diet.
